The short version: your business data is yours. We store it to run the app for you, we don't sell it, and you can export or delete it anytime.
Account details you provide (name, email), the business data you enter (clients, jobs, properties, missions, leads, invoices), and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never touch our servers.
To provide the product: authenticate you, store and sync your data across the web, Mac, and iPhone apps, plan missions, and process subscriptions. We use aggregate, non-identifying usage to improve the app. We do not sell your personal data or your clients' data.
Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payments), Mapbox (maps and geocoding), Open-Meteo (weather), and the FAA's public airspace services. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function. Lead-capture quote pages you share are public by design.
Data is isolated per account with database-level row security, files live in a private per-account bucket, and connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least-access by default.
Export your missions (KMZ, GeoJSON, CSV) and boundaries (KML) anytime. Request deletion of your account and its data by emailing us. Cancel your subscription through Stripe's customer portal.
